Introduction to Scrum
We explain what Scrum is and what can be achieved. The introduction is targeted at management as well as developers. The introduction will give you a solid base for deciding if Scrum is interesting for your company. The introduction is 4 hours and can take place at your company.

On site training
We train the team, a product owner and a Scrum Master. After the training you will have the teoretical knowlegde to start using Scrum in your company. This is a 2-day course.

Full Scrum implementation
Implement Scrum for a working team. This is a 6 week job. You will have a full time consultant working on site as the Scrum Master training the Team, product owner and future Scrum Master. You will have a complete implementation of the Scrum process in your team.
